AEO Powersports KTM Racing renews Avery Long

AEO KTM Avery Long Pro Motocross

AEO Powersports KTM Racing is proud to announce its first confirmed rider for the 2026 SuperMotocross season. Continuing the team’s commitment to identifying and developing emerging talent, 2025 rookie Avery Long has renewed his partnership well in advance of next season. Words: Press Release

AEO Powersports’ longstanding technical alliance with KTM, Factory Connection, and other key partners has provided Long with the tools and support to grow into the professional racer the team knew he could become.

Jeremy Scism, Team Manager & Owner, stated: “Over the past few years, it’s been a privilege to work with some of the sport’s most promising young riders, and we’re excited to continue that tradition with Avery as we head into 2026. Securing our riders earlier than ever demonstrates our commitment to them - and their confidence in our program. Renewing Avery made perfect sense as we prepare for other strategic updates to our program that will help him, and our soon-to-be-announced teammates, take an even bigger step forward next season.”

The 2026 season will mark AEO Powersports KTM Racing’s fifth year competing at the professional level, staying true to its mission of turning overlooked and underdog athletes into stronger, more competitive riders.

Avery Long shared his perspective on the renewal: “The later part of 2024 was one of the most stressful times of my life - I wasn’t sure if I’d even have the chance to prove myself at the pro level after a strong amateur career. Jeremy and the AEO team believed in me and gave me the platform to show I belong. I’ve seen the team’s growth match my own, and I’m grateful to be continuing on this path together. Bring on 2026.”
