Injury Update: Jett Lawrence

Jett Lawrence could only manage a baffling 11th after a nightmare start in the opening moto at Ironman in the finale of AMA Pro Motocross. With speculation swirling about what happened, Honda have since confirmed he hyperextended his ankle, meaning he heads into the final moto four points behind brother Hunter Lawrence in the championship chase and battling real pain.

“Update on Jett: he hyperextended his right ankle early in the moto and aggravated his injury. Doc G is taping it and working on him now. TBD for moto 2," Michael Lindsay of Vital MX stated.
