Injury Update: Eli Tomac

Eli Tomac's Cleveland Supercross didn't go to plan whatsoever, for the KTM star crashed hard in the whoops, catching his right shoulder on a peak. He was helped up and taken away by the medical crew, with this incident ending his 450SX Group A session early.

"He banged his right shoulder and hip in that crash. They did tell me that the X-ray and ultrasound show that nothing is broken. So, for now, he's going to rest up, and they're going to see how he feels for the next session. So, they are not saying he is out as of now. And again, those preliminary scans say that nothing is broken," explained the broadcast via RacerX.

He still ranked 12th overall from his first run, but KTM ruled him out for the rest of the day due to the hip pain, which effectively leaves him out of the title hunt.
