Penalty strips Deegan of Birmingham Supercross win

Haiden Deegan has been handed a one-position penalty for track cutting in the 250 Main Event in Birmingham, dropping him to second place and handing the victory to Star Racing teammate Cole Davies.

Deegan was seen cutting across the split lane markers, which was deemed an illegal move. Footage then showed him crossing from the outside to the inside line, as this prompted a review by AMA officials and led to his eventual penalty.
