In a video update shared on social media, the popular Plessinger explained he's still on the mend and won't quite be ready to return to racing for the showpiece, despite him hoping to get back on the bike next month. “I just wanted to jump on here and give you guys a little bit of an update. Just been on the mend, letting the body recoup, recover," he stated.
“As far as Paris Supercross goes, unfortunately, we will not be able to make it out. I’m bummed on that, but I just got to let the body recover a little bit more, and I’d hate to go out there and put myself in the same position when I’m not ready to race.”
Plessinger’s absence is a blow to the Paris Supercross, as the charismatic American was expected to be one of the top draws at the annual off-season event.
