Injury Update: Lucas Coenen

Injury Update Lucas Coenen

The latest MXGP KTM press release has shed some light on Lucas Coenen's leg injury at the MXGP of Great Britain, explaining that a collision on Saturday left him with a weakened leg that forced him to retire from both motos and walk away from Foxhill with a double DNF. While he still retains the red plate, it'll be interesting to see if he'll be good to go at the next round.

Lucas Coenen: “Not much to say about the weekend. I got unlucky with the collision with Maxime [Renaux] on Saturday and then found a fence where I wanted to go with a high bank. I hurt my leg, and it was pretty impossible for me after that. Not much we can do. but we’ll try again in Loket," Lucas Coenen stated.

More to follow.
